Watchvale orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including FedEx and UPS. We offer free secure shipping, and just because it’s free doesn’t mean we cut corners. We’ve partnered with top-tier shipping companies worldwide to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Times
Once we receive your payment, we will pack and ship your item within 24 hours.
After your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive within the estimated delivery window we’ve provided.
Delivery Time and Shipping Destinations
- United States and neighboring American nations: 7-10 business days
- Australia: 7-8 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-8 business days
- European countries: 7-8 business days
- Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait: 7-9 business days
- Worldwide (other locations): 10-12 business days
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them—as long as they are received before 12:00 PM EST on weekdays (we’re closed on federal holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.
Packaging Details
Every watch we send arrives in our signature black packaging. Our premium timepieces come nestled in a deluxe box, which is then placed inside an elegant presentation box for that extra special touch.
Hold for Pickup and Alternate Delivery Options
Planning a surprise? Or you won’t be home when your package arrives. No problem. You can arrange to have your order held at a secure pickup location near you, where it’ll wait for up to five business days until you (or someone you trust) can pick it up.
You also have the option to ship to a friend or family member’s address, or even your workplace. If you need help setting this up, just reach out to our Watchvale Support team. We’re happy to assist.
Returns & Refunds
Sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. If you need to make a return or exchange, our Refund Policy provides all the necessary information. We promise we’ve kept it easy to understand.
