Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (except on federal holidays) if the order is placed before 12:00 noon EST on weekdays. Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday. All items are shipped fully insured with our signature gift wrap. Special expedited shipping requests may incur additional charges. Watchvale will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. Please take into consideration that our number one goal is to provide our customers with quality products that far exceed their expectations. In doing so, our attention to detail and quality control takes precedence in our continuing effort to ensure your satisfaction with the purchases you have made.

This shipping policy is for online orders only. When placing orders in our stores, please check with sales associates.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally, and with very few exceptions (please contact us for acknowledgment). Please note: customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. For more information on your country’s customs policies, contact your local customs office.
